Products and information
We try to describe products accurately, including notes, sizes and concentration. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images, and fragrance perception differs from person to person.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prepaid orders are delivered free; Cash on Delivery orders have a ₹100 delivery charge (GST included). Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
We accept UPI payments from Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any bank UPI app. After you place your order, scan the QR code shown (or open your UPI app on the same phone), pay the amount and confirm your payment. We confirm your order by email once the payment is verified. Payments are made through your own UPI app or our payment partners, so we never see or store your full card details or UPI PIN.
Cash on Delivery: when you place the order, you pay a ₹200 advance by Safe & Secure Payments (it includes the ₹100 delivery charge), and the rest in cash when your parcel arrives. If you refuse or return a Cash on Delivery parcel, please contact us about your advance payment; we review each case, and any amount due is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel orders, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified, and we will refund any amount paid.

Use of the website
Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site, including text, design and our logo, belongs to Kicks World or its licensors.
Reviews
Reviews can be posted only by verified buyers and must be honest and lawful. We may remove reviews that contain abuse, spam or personal data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Grievances
For complaints, email info@kicksworld.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
