Opened products
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kicksworld.in with:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the outer parcel, the product and its packaging;
- a short description of the problem.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund. We may ask you to return the item using a pickup we arrange at no cost to you.
Unopened items
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping may be charged unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time.
- Refused or returned Cash on Delivery parcels: please contact us about your advance payment. We review each case, and any amount due is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
